Vision for the future of leadeship in organizations

First Newton’s law states ”A body persists in a state of rest or of uniform motion unless acted upon by an external force.”
I know our world is closer to the quantum physics than it’s to newtonian’ at this time. As when talking about leadership it seems that it’s difficult to “move the body”, and even more to change its direction, we decided to write this post in order to explore leadership situation.
With the same intention any external force may have, provocative we hope, we are sharing here our vision about leadership in the future (although we believe some really innovative companies are already there).
